Returns and Exchange

If the incorrect item is shipped to the customer, or if the item received by the customer is defective or damaged, it can be returned and will be replaced with the originally ordered product provided that the proper return procedures are complied with. Shipping costs for the return will be shouldered by the customer.

Incorrect, defective or damaged items should be reported within 3 days upon receipt of the merchandise.
